County, state and federal housing assistance programs

Dane County Consolidated Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs:
Funds are awarded on a competitive basis and are available to municipalities, not-for-profit, and for-profit entities. The Town of Primrose is eligible to apply. http://www.danecountyhumanservices.org/cdbg.shtm

State-administered programs for which the Town of Primrose would be eligible include:

U.S. Dept. of Agriculture Rural Development Agency
The USDA RDA administers a number of programs, including grants and loans to individual homeowners, specifically focused on rural communities. Homeowners or renters in the rural areas of Dane County, including the Town of Primrose, are eligible. http://www.rurdev.usda.gov/wi/programs/index.htm
