Voter Registration

New state voter registration rules require all municipalities - towns, villages and cities - to keep track of voter information in Wisconsin’s new Statewide Voter Registration System (SVRS). Residents of any Wisconsin municipality that has not previously maintained a voter poll list - such as the Town of Primrose - for Elections Day must now register and be entered into the system.

To be registered in advance, voters can go to the Clerk’s office and present a Wisconsin driver’s license or state ID card. Wisconsin voters will still be able to register at the polls on Election Day with proper documentation, but election officials prefer to have everyone on the system ahead of time.

For more information about voter registration and upcoming elections, contact the Primrose Town Clerk at 608-832-4771. Also, you can schedule a time with the Clerk to fill out the voter registration application by calling the number above. The application does have to be filled out in person.
