The Dane County Sheriff's Office has created a Traffic Safety Team to address the most serious traffic problems reported. Team members include deputies Randy Wiessinger, Todd Huppert and Steve Mueller. Sheriff's Office beat deputies will still handle complaints, including isolated incidents and continue to work with citizens to address problems in their neighborhoods.
Citizens are encouraged to continue to report isolated traffic incidents by contacting the Dane County Sheriff's Office non-emergency number (608) 266-4948 or at www.danesheriff.com/trafenfo.htm.
